Sandwell Valley Independent School is focused on offering alternative provision to young people aged between 11 and 18 years. The cohort of students consist of students with EHCPs and referrals from local schools.
The strategic aim is to widen places for children with special educational needs. Sandwell Valley School is committed to academic excellence and character development of all students in school.
You will be expected to support and to implement the vision and ethos of the school. All staff are expected to be flexible and versatile and will therefore be required to undertake other roles and duties as required. Roles will be reviewed on an annual basis. This job description is therefore not intended to be exhaustive and is a general outline of the typical duties and responsibilities expected to be carried out in the substantive role; this may change at the discretion of the Principal and Directors.
ENGLISH Teacher
